Product Availability

The availability of each item we sell on 3Dfins.com is shown on the product description page. Most in stock items ship within one business day of when you place your order (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.) (By “shipped,” we mean the item has left our fulfillment center.) Our goal is to offer you the hottest items as soon as possible. We offer some of our items as pre-sale and will ship to you as soon as they become available. The availability of any item we sell is subject to change.

Free Delivery

Free Delivery applies for all order over $60 for shipping within Australia. For orders under $60 a $10 delivery charge will apply.

Shipping Address

Our warehouse is located in Queensland, Australia.

 We ship worldwide through the Australia Express Post as well as Fedex and UPS. We will do everything we can to assure your order arrives quickly. If your country has unique shipping limitations (for example, if a large order needs to be divided into smaller parcels), please leave directions in the notes.

All shipping charges are based on the weight of the products you select as well as fully insured against damage.

When you set up your account, you can establish a shipping address to use on all orders. We also offer you the ability to add multiple shipping addresses when ordering more than one item. These addresses can be stored in your account and selected for use as desired. For your convenience, you can access your account at any time to make changes to this information.

Shipping Options

We offer free Australia Express Post delivery as standard (& for no additional charge) on all small items to ship within Australia. 

Orders placed before 1:00pm AEST in Metro areas should be received the next business day. This service takes 2-3 business days to most other areas in Australia.   Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and details on how to track your delivery.   Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. 

We can deliver to Australia Post Parcel Lockers so that you can collect after hours. Aust Post will then send you an email or SMS when your item is ready for pickup. More details visit: Aust post.

All 3DFins deliveries have a unique tracking number, which will be emailed to you when he order is dispatched. Delivery progress can then be tracked by clicking here. Or visit the carrier website and enter the tracking number.

When your order consists of multiple items, we will always attempt to group your items into as few shipments as possible. At times, when your order contains multiple items, it may be necessary to send your items in separate shipments to ensure that you receive them in a timely manner. In this case, you’ll only be charged the order-processing fee for the first shipment. All subsequent shipments from that order will incur the per-pound fee only. The shipping charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before your submit your order.

International Customers: We want to work with you on shipping. If you leave us a note at checkout, we will assemble and weight your order, calculate the actual shipping cost (reducing the charge if possible), then let you know before shipping. If you determine the shipping cost is still too high, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.

We will do everything we can to assure your order arrives quickly. International packages may not include tracking so please take extra care to provide a detail and accurate shipping address.

When either US or international orders go astray, it is often due to a problem with the shipping address. Please make sure the address that’s selected at checkout is the one to which you’d like your package sent.

  • If you have moved, please double check that you have updated the address.
  • If you want the package sent to a business address or address with multiple units, please make sure to include the business name and suite number.

Packages returned to us due to an incomplete address will be re-sent after you pay additional shipping charges or the order will be refunded (minus the original shipping charges)
