Returns & Refunds
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that a product you have purchased from 3DFINS is faulty, we will do everything we can to resolve this situation to your satisfaction. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We’ll likely need a photo showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process for you.
We will reimburse the cost of return postage, or organise recollection from you for damaged or defective items. We reserve the right to refuse a returned product that is damaged by the recipient due to lack of care or disregard of care.
If you received an item you didn't order.
If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We will reimburse the cost of return postage or organise recollection from you.
Change of mind returns
We are willing to offer you a 30-day money back or complimentary exchange policy provided that the items are returned to our warehouse in their original unused condition with the original packaging and tags.
Undamaged, correctly returned products will be refunded to the purchaser’s credit card once the goods are received by us.
The cost of return postage for ‘change of mind’ will be incurred by the purchaser. If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note, a $20 courier fee will apply for the "return" parcel. Upon receiving the original returned parcel, we will then courier the new replacement parcel at a discounted courier rate of $20. This must be paid in advance by the receiver.
3DFINS One Year Limited Warranty
3DFINS offers a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship. This does not include damage caused by misuse, inappropriate use or normal wear and tear. Faulty product validated under the warranty claim will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of 3DFINS.
3DFINS will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of product. Proof of purchase (receipt with date of transaction) is essential for all warranty claims.
All 3DFINS molded composite fins are designed to break at the tabs when subjected to vigorous impact. This design feature aims to protect the integrity of the plug installation, and help prevent damage to the surfboard.
